Booking notes
- Remedial classes — please have your doctor’s clearance to hand, and be ready to describe your issue so we can discuss suitability before the first session.
- Musicians & performers — let me know your instrument and the specific tension patterns you’re working with.
- Online classes — you’ll need a device with a camera, a stable internet connection, and a small clear space (a chair is enough for Barre).
- Payment in Euros; international card payments accepted.
